Non-Refundable Policy
Thank you for shopping with Obachan Dream Store. We take great pride in our products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of custom prints and personalized items, we have a non-refundable policy on certain items.
1. Custom and Personalized Orders All custom print and personalized items (including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.) are made to order specifically for you. These products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or mistake in the printing process.
2. Returns and Exchanges

Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in unused and unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return for non-custom items.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at obachandreamtrading@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and offer either a replacement or refund for defective items.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly. We are unable to modify or cancel custom orders once the production process has started. Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting.
5. How to Return Non-Custom Items If you are eligible to return a non-custom item, please:

Ship it back to the address we provide (return shipping is at your expense).
6. Final Sale Items Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-refundable.
